  • Preparation is key! Talk with your children about back-to-school, practice their morning routine ahead of time, identify stressors they may be feeling, and spend time talking about solutions!
    • Start their school sleep/wake-up routine at least two weeks before the school year starts.
  • Take advantage of the school’s Open House to see the classroom and ease nerves
