About the Campaign
The Power of a Post campaign brings mental health and wellness conversations into open and safe spaces through participation and visual messaging.
Meet Poncho! Our campaign mascot reminds us that even small moments of reflection, kindness, and encouragement can make a big difference.
Anyone is invited to respond to guided prompts using Post-it notes, creating a collective wall of reflection, encouragement, and support. Each activity highlights skills that support mental health, resilience, growth mindset, positive decision-making, and overall well-being.

The campaign began with students voting to choose the official mascot. This activity served as the first opportunity for students to share their voices and actively shape the campaign. Now, you see our Capybara Poncho sharing in mental health awareness and messaging.
Students across our schools are sharing messages of encouragement, resilience, and hope.
Throughout the campaign, these reflections are captured and transformed into visual posters that continue spreading positive messages throughout the school and community.
